We carry out an in depth search for properties using our network of estate agents and send you details of carefully selected and researched properties that match your criteria. From these you can select houses that you would like us to view and we provide you with a comprehensive 'warts 'n' all' report, on the property and location, to include:

Details of monthly mortgage repayments, together with the potential rental value (if you plan to let), so that you can see how much you will be able to offset your mortgage payments. We will also obtain details of your council tax or rates payments.

We take DVD footage of the property for a more accurate view of the rooms, so that you get a feel for the flow of the building and understand how the rooms link together. This combined with still photographs, aims to give you a complete overview of the property and its surroundings. Unlike estate agents, we will show you neighbouring properties and surroundings, whether it is good or bad!

If you are unfamiliar with the area, we will provide details of local amenities, including transport links, vets, doctor's surgery, shops and if you have children, information on education, including the results for schools in the catchment area.
