Please don’t think you have heard the last of us, once a Forces Homes
client always a Forces Homes client and we will be on hand for as long
as you need us for general advice and for assistance with re-mortgaging
once your deal expires.
Your
Land Registry documentation for your property, which you will need if
you ever decide to sell, can take up to 3 months to come through. When
it arrives, we will forward this onto you. Your pay and bank statements
together with any other documentation will also be returned to you
within in a month from completion.
Our mortgage brokers will keep in touch and contact you approximately
2-3 months prior to your mortgage deal finishing to review your
mortgage, financial circumstances and to source you a new mortgage deal
if required.
As the mortgage brokers have access to the whole of market they are able
to make new recommendations based on your requirements and what is
available in the market place at that time, ensuring you are on the best
mortgage products throughout the life of your mortgage. |
