Where an estate agent is paid a percentage of the sale price to act on behalf of and in the best interests of the vendor – we are entirely independent and our job is to ensure that we secure you the best house for the lowest price.

So whether you require a property to purchase or to rent, we save our clients time, money and wasted journeys viewing properties that look great on paper but in reality can be a disappointment.

If you require a mortgage, our in house mortgage advisor can arrange this for you. Once we know what your budget is and understand your requirements we can start searching.

Searches

With our extensive knowledge of the property market we only send you details of carefully selected and researched properties that meet your criteria. If you would like to view, we will make all the necessary arrangements, however if you are not in a position to view yourself, we can do it for you. We will provide walk through DVD footage, so you can see for yourself the good and bad points and we will provide a comprehensive report on the property and surrounding area. If there is anything we do not like about the property or the area we will tell you. We are not just looking for a quick purchase, we want to ensure our clients make sound investments and are going to be happy with their purchase for years to come.

Negotiations & Legal Process

Once we have identified a property and negotiated a deal, we won’t just refer you to a solicitor, we can manage your purchase to completion, liasing with the estate agents, vendors and solicitors to ensure your purchase proceeds quickly and efficiently, so all you need to do is sign your contracts and collect your keys.

Already found a property

We have many clients who have already found a property, but would prefer to use an agent to do the negotiations and then manage the purchase to completion.

Hands off moving
