I would definitely recommend Forces Homes to any of my counterparts. A top class service and a warm friendly staff, we met quite a few problems on the way but finally we got there. Julie and I are now carrying out home improvements on our new home. I have been in the Forces for 24 years and always thought I had an idea of what to expect when leaving the Military, but I didn't. In the current Climate of recession within the UK I had no idea on how or where to start buying a property. I over heard some soldiers talking about Forces Homes so I phoned them. The management & the entire team were professional to the highest degree, understanding and outstanding with all communications with ourselves throughout the purchase until completion of our new home. Forces Homes give their clients 110% and more, I even phoned the director not knowing he was on holiday, but rather than just refer me to the office, my query was dealt with on the spot. Overall OUTSTANDING commitment and I would not hesitate in recommending them to any serving soldier or ex military. I have to say even now I have left the forces I am still in regular contact with them as they phoned to see if my wife and I have settled in our new home and to see if there are anything they can assist with. All it took was a phone call and thank God we did as they made my families transition to civilian street far easier and fantastically smooth when times can get a little frustrating. Forces Homes made buying our first house a great experience. The cost of the service that is offered is worth every penny and without a doubt fantastic value for money.
