Fees

Forces Homes operates an all inclusive, discounted fixed fee system for all military personnel, which is scaled according to the purchase price of the property and includes the following services:

• Forces Homes Fee
• Homebuyers Valuation and Survey
• Solicitors Conveyancing Fees
• Solicitors Bank Charges
• Local Authority Searches
• Mining Search
• Land Registry
• Inland Revenue Transaction Return
• Telegraphic Transfer Fee

A full list of fees is available in the free information pack.  £500 deposit is payable on instruction and is deducted from the fee on completion.  This is fully refundable in the event our brokers are unable to secure a mortgage.

To date our advisors have managed to obtain all of our clients mortgages including those from the commonwealth, on a Visa.
