Fees

Fees for the full service comprises of a registration fee of £750 (inclusive of VAT), the registration fee retains our services for 9 months and is deducted from the final fee which is the greater of either of the following: 1.5% of the advertised or asking price (exclusive of VAT) or 15% of the saving that we have been able to make on your behalf between the asking price and the eventual purchase price (exclusive of VAT).

Unlike the majority of companies we charge a fee on the asking price rather than the purchase price otherwise the lower we manage to reduce the asking price, the lower the fee we would be paid, we believe this is a conflict of interest and may not produce the best result for the buyer. With our charging structure you can have confidence that we have negotiated the best deal for you.

For lettings, our registration fee is followed by a charge of one month’s rental (exclusive of VAT), payable on exchange of the lease agreement.
