A–Z THE COMPLETE PACKAGE

I would like to take this opportunity to let the readers know that house purchase need not be the worst experience ever. I had been trying to get a mortgage but being oversees I was classed as what I would only describe as a third class citizen and an EX-PAT really!!

 I really felt like giving up until by chance I came across FORCES HOMES run by an Ex ARMY guy and his wife, Will and Jo Brown who fully understand our needs and the problems that we encounter they also speak in a language that we understand.

 Forces Homes arranged everything from the mortgage, solicitor and house search, we told them roughly where we wanted to buy and a guide price and they did the rest. They contacted all estate agents in the area and were in daily contact with them and us.

 Will and Jo went to look at one house for us that looked fantastic from the photo’s on the website. Hey!!!! Creative photography or what, Will and Jo will give you an HONEST opinion, if they wouldn’t live in it nor would you and save you a few hundred quid going to see a property that is a waste of time, so glad that I trusted their judgment.

 One house caught our attention there were only 3 pictures on the internet it was enough for us to want to look into in more depth, to this end Will and Jo went up to the property and took video footage of the house and the surrounding area’s and compiled a comprehensive report, a lot of leg work that we would have found difficult to do.

 Luckily I was in UK on course and went to see the property liked it,  put in an offer that was accepted straight away, Will and Jo guided us through every step of the way and we have now just collected the keys to our home and life couldn’t be better.
